The financial mentoring program can be cancel at any time<\/em>. The minimum period is one month.<\/strong>, with no maximum stay date. It's suggested you cancel your contract before the end of the calendar month to avoid incurring charges for the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding investments made in the ALyC, they can be sold during stock market hours with settlement within 24 business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I schedule one-on-one counseling sessions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All financial mentoring plans include sessions. They can be managed through a web calendar<\/strong> where you can check all available times. Sessions are generally offered Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you can't get a spot, you can request a replacement via WhatsApp, subject to availability. Sessions must be taken within the stipulated timeframe, with a one-week grace period for both sessions. Otherwise, they are forfeited and non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
